Why does loving ourselves, and I mean all of our known self, sometimes feel so challenging and dare I say, mediocre? Why does it feel like we need to have a reason to be satisfied with who we are, while also recognizing we have room to grow and evolve?

Creating is a creative’s responsibility.

The challenge becomes attuning oneself to be connected to inspiration, rather than solely waiting for the spark to be activated. I view inspiration as something to be connected to, rather than something we possess.

I awoke from a dream a few nights ago with the message, “Spirituality is stringing together seemingly meaningless connections and finding meaning.”

Maybe I am naïve to think that it is possible to uncover the purity within us, the part of us that the world and everything within it has not influenced, but I genuinely feel that it is possible. And I recognize conversation surrounding inner child healing exists within this vein. So, I know what I am saying is nothing new or groundbreaking; however, I feel it is necessary to state because it has helped me find my voice.
